Stage 2: Walls and structural works This stage turns the foundation into a recognisable permanent structure that can be completed progressively.

Stage 3: Roofing, doors and windows The priority at this stage is making the building secure, weatherproof and ready for internal finishing.

Stage 4: Internal finishes and accessibility Accessibility is built in from the beginning so the centre can be safely occupied and used by people with disabilities.

Stage 5: Basic rehabilitation and multipurpose facilities The final P200,000 makes the starter building functional for education, rehabilitation, counselling and community support.
